Our company prints on 5 machines with the total capacity of 150m2 per hour, 3600m2 daily.

Delivery is usually within do 24 – 48 hours (depending on the load factor and volume of the order).

High quality printing

We take pride in high quality printing and for that reason our machines are perfectly calibrated, regularly serviced and profiles are adjusted exactly according to the materials that we print on. Primarily we print in 720dpi photo-quality for price almost the same as for 360dpi. We work only with well-tried and high quality materials. Despite all this, thanks to the high productivity, we can offer you a very attractive prices.

For the exterior we print on printing machine Mutoh Spitfire Extreme with I2 technology (a technology that does not cause striation), Azon AG3200 and Worker with solvent inks and endurance up to 3 years in exterior without lamination (with lamination minimum 5 years). Up to width 160cm we print in photo-quality 720x720dpi as a standard. Wider prints we do on machine 320cm wide in 360dpi quality (visual distance 2m and up).

For printing for the interior we use printing machine Mutoh Valuejet 1614 with I2 technology (a technology that does not cause striation). This printer uses EKO solvent inks Ultra that have no "odour" and that is why the prints are suitable for the interior (endurance up to 3 years in the interior without lamination). EKO solvent inks are not suitable for exterior (without lamination is the endurance appr. 1 year).

The resulting format is cut out with the electric cutter Neolt in both axis, which takes the production and time requirements down to minimum.

Banners

In case of need we can weld individual plates of a banner to a desired size. It is also possible to produce a special shape of the banner, such as triangel for the gable wall, cutouts for windows etc. All banners are equipped with bracing edge and rings for attaching, spacing can be adjusted to your needs. Welding and edging is done with professional welding machine Leister Uniplan E and for the rings we use automatic ring-maker with capacity 1500 rings per hour. This service if offered as a free bonus thanks to the top machines that take the time needed for production down to minimum.

Stickers

Stickers are printed on Mutoh Spitfire Extreme or Mutoh Valuejet 1614 in a photo-quality. Glossy or matted lamination is provided based on your request. After lamination our plotter Graphtec 8000 can cut out the final product and in the end the whole printed role can be formatted on our electric role cutter Neolt to the desired sheets. Our standard is printing on 2 or 5 years foils, glossy or matted, but also on transparent foil.

Lamination

All themes can be laminated upon request on a fully automated machine KALA Master, width 160 cm with heated drum. The purpose of lamination is protection against scratching and UV radiation. Lamination prolongs even twice the lifetime of prints thanks to reduction of the UV radiation effects and it also markedly improves the colourity of the print.

Floor artwork

We print on removable floor foil Mac-Tac with non-permanent glue. To prolong the lifetime of the print up to 1 year, lamination is necessary, usually with antiskid, stepping lamination Mac-Tac with matted surface. As a standard we offer automatic cropping to a desired shape. Quotation will be made based on your price request.

Powerful RIPping software

Do you want every advertisement space to be different? Thanks to the powerful and optimized RIPping software ONYX it is possible with an ease and prices are based on metres, not on the number of various graphics. Services such as cutting stickers into separate but connected panels are no problem.
